- Anyone can request a Certificate of Existence for any business entity registered with the Secretary of State in South Dakota except for General Partnerships, Reserved Names and Registered Names.
- Enter the Business ID of the business entity (If the Business ID is not known please use our business search to find it.).
- Validate that the correct entity has been identified.
- You can only file electronically, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express debit or credit cards.
