Certified Copies
- Anyone can request Certified Copies from the SOS office. Use the Search page to find the business entity you wish to request copies for.
- Secretary of State Business ID. If you don't have the Business ID, use the Search option to find it.
- The information on what documents you need. You will be presented a list of all documents to select from later in the process.
- If you wish to file electronically, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit/debit cards.
- Documents prior to 11/14/2016 are not available for certified copies online.
- Information provided will be current as of the date the request is submitted online or as of the date the request is received by the SOS office if mailed.
